- AN ORDINANCE adding a NEW CHAPTER to Title 2 of the Olympia Municipal Code establishing a Domestic Partnership Registry Program and fees therefor.
THE OLYMPIA CITY COUNCIL ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That the following NEW CHAPTER is hereby added to Title 2 of the Olympia Municipal Code:

DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP REGISTRY PROGRAM

Partnership
Registry
Program
. The
fee for
participation in the program
shall be $25
per partnership
.
Section 2.
If any provision of this ordinance or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this ordinance, or application of the provision to other persons or circumstances, shall be unaffected.
